There are 38 different players who have played on loan for Queen's Park since John McCormack brought firstly Kevin Finlayson and then Paul Walker to the club in the successful climax to the 1999/2000 season.

Although John McCormack used loan signings regularly throughout the 2000/01 and 2001/02 seasons, after his departure not one loan player played for us under Kenny Brannigan or Billy Stark. Gardner Speirs was not a regular user until 2013/14, and prior to that just four players had been at Hampden on loan in over five years. Angus MacPherson was a more regular user of loans, with two or three used at various times each season.

Mark Roberts only had one loan signing during his time in charge, with Tommy Block coming to Queen's from Hibs, while there was an influx of players for the second half of the 2019/20 season following the club's move to professional status.

There is a 39th player who came on loan to Queen's Park, but rather infamously never played for the club. Signed on the last day of the January transfer window in 2006, Kjartan Finbogasson arrived at Hampden on loan from Celtic until the end of the season, but was injured throughout the length of his loan period and never kicked a ball for the club.

The clubs which have made the most loans to Queen's, with four players each, are Celtic, Hibernian and St Mirren.
